About
Ana Vitenson, MS, LMHC
I'm a licensed psychotherapist with over two decades of experience helping individuals improve their emotional and physical well-being. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, and I specialize in supporting adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, chronic health conditions, relationship challenges and the everyday pressures of modern life.
I bring a warm, collaborative approach to therapy that integrates mindfulness, self-compassion, and somatic (mind-body) techniques. I believe in creating a space where you can feel deeply heard and supported - without judgment- as you move toward greater balance and inner peace.

I earned my degree in Clinical Psychology from Loyola College in 1996 and have been licensed in the State of Florida since 2002. I am also a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with thousands of individuals, and nothing brings me more fulfillment than seeing my clients grow, heal, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
If you're feeling overwhelmed or stuck, you don;t have to go through it alone. I'm just a call or message away -and I'm here to help.
